Reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji is on his way to MLW and sooner than most might have expected.

Revealed on both MLW Fusion and social media Thursday night, Tsuji said he is coming to Chicago for Saturday Night SuperFight, a pay-per-view set for Saturday, November 7. He then said, “MLW, are you ready?” before the video cut out.

Tsuji’s opponent was not announced, but it will be his MLW debut.

Days earlier, he will be competing in a non-title match against Kenny Omega and Oleg Boltin at NJPW Power Struggle where if Omega wins, he earns a future title shot. If there is a spillover angle in AEW, the company will be in Jacksonville, Florida, for their annual Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite.

Tsuji is in his second reign as champion after defeating Callum Newman at June’s Dominion.

The show will be headlined by MLW Champion Killer Kross defending against Josh Bishop in a last man standing match.

Biggest file in the book, and the file is the problem. They had Ospreay’s time off and the Wrestlepalooza matches. They also had Vaquer hurt when she said she was not. Almost half the items never finished, and the miss pile is larger than anyone else’s. A podcast aside is not a report. If another site turns that aside into a news item, the mark stays here only when the claim was theirs.
