A couple of new matches have been added to CMLL & NJPW’s Lucha Kingdom event, including updated plans for Mistico after his originally scheduled bout fell through.

Mistico and his NJPW tag team partner El Desperado had agreed to face each other in a singles match at the November 16 event, but Desperado is currently sidelined due to injury. The updated card now has Mistico teaming with Ultimo Guerrero against the NJPW duo of Yota Tsuji & Hirooki Goto.

As of now, Mistico & Desperado are still the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions despite Desperado being out of action with spinal canal stenosis and a hernia. NJPW Young Lion Masatora Yasuda has replaced Desperado as Mistico’s partner in NJPW’s Super Junior Tag League tournament.

The other new addition to the Lucha Kingdom card is a singles match between Konosuke Takeshita and Barbaro Cavernario. The show, which is set to be held in Mexico City at Arena Mexico, now has nine matches announced.
