This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured a major surprise as Bryan Danielson made his return to the ring.

The show was headlined by a ten-man tag team match pitting the Death Riders against the Don Callis Family. Following the entrances, only four members of the Death Riders remained in the ring, with Jon Moxley taking a seat at the commentary table.

The arena erupted when Danielson’s music hit. “The American Dragon” then made his way down to the ring in his wrestling gear, officially joining the match and making his return to in-ring competition.

The match ultimately concluded with Daniel Garcia scoring the pinfall over Jake Doyle after Doyle had taken multiple moves from members of the Death Riders.

This marked Danielson’s first televised wrestling match since he lost the AEW World Championship to Moxley at WrestleDream 2024.
