Former WWE wrestler Gurv Sihra has shared the latest update on his health and injury status.

A few weeks ago, Sihra suffered a collapsed lung at a Pure Power Wrestling event in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, on Sept. 19, 2026. He later updated on social media that while he’s not 100 percent, he’s on the path to recovery.

Now, in another recent update, Sihra, aka the former Sunil Singh, shared that he still has a cut on his lung tissue and is yet to be cleared for in-ring action.

“Quick update: Just finished my follow up with my ER Trauma Doctor. X-rays show I still have a cut on my lung tissue from rib impact which is leaking some air from my lungs. Obviously still not cleared for in ring or flying. However, I’m able to start working out, which is great,” he wrote.

Gurv and his brother Harv Sihra wrestle as the Bollywood Boyz, mostly in Alberta and British Columbia. His last match dates to the Sept. 19, 2026 PPW Bridge City Brawl 5 against The Brand (Shaun Martens & Sydney Steele).

Sihra, 41, has been actively wrestling for almost two decades. He joined WWE in 2016 after participating in the Cruiserweight Classic. The two brothers also joined forces with Jinder Mahal during his WWE Championship reign. However, after a brief run, The Bollywood Boyz were released in 2021.
